This is a great book & one of the first I read on the Astral. It is a really helpful book for the beginner as it tries to outline what the astral is & even gives you exercises to help yourself to use the astral.

This book is on a par with those written by Robert Munroe. You both enjoy the book & learn from it, which is always a good combination.

This book is not too complicated & gives examples where the astral has been accessed by others & what they experienced during that time.

A great book & an excellent starter for the subject of the astral.
