Shockingly bad - By: L. Howard, 02 Oct 2008
Any book that has a man eating snake come out of nowhere is I'm afraid rubbish.

This story has so many plot twists that it is plain silly & to cap it all the plot is predictable, but childish.

The only good thing about the book is the ending, but for no other reason other than I have finished it & will not need to read it ever again.
Excellent Read - By: R Hipperson, 20 Aug 2008
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, couldnt put it downin fact. Not one of the best but a close second. Would highly recommend this, you wont be disappointed.
Sunk - By: Andrew G. Lucas, 08 Aug 2008
Another woeful outing from James Patterson whose last three outings have seen him regulated from eagerly anticipated to so what. The characters are flat & the story poorly conceived & executed - where does a huge man eating snake come fromin Bermuda? It's another straight to video.
Sail - was just what I needed! - By: Pm Alderman, 01 Aug 2008
After reading You've been warned by the same authors I wondered if this book was going to be such hard going! To my delight this was a book I did not want to put down & found myself reading it through the night.

James Paterson deserves his money as he has produced some brilliant books which I have enjoyed. His skill from going from tense thrillers to love stories, one off stories to follow on stories speaks for itself & I hope he is around for many years for me to continue reading & enjoying his books.

As for SAIL read it & enjoy!
An OK 'time filler quickie' - By: Clive, 26 Jul 2008
Another page turning quick read from Patterson & another ghost writer. The story reminds me of a Tales of the Unexpected episode, it is straight out of the Roald Dahl quick thrillers with a twist. A fine quick pop-corn read where you don't have to think too much. It doesn't really pull any punches, thrill, or shock, but really is a time filler OK read. Overall, I guess it took as long to write as it does to read.
