A murder mystery on a Secluded island is brilliant setting using golden age charactersin a new light seems to be morrisons Fortein this run up to batman rip.
having read every major batman event & all of morrisons work this did not disappoint mein the slightest. with amazing story telling & brilliant art work im really happy theyve let morrison do what he does best, a slightly surreal take on comic books.

A big let down - By: R. Jones, 27 Dec 2008
I have always struggled with Grant Morrison's work, & I'm prepared to admit that I simply may not get the point of his work. However, this book, Black Glove, is just bizarrein the extreme & failed to hold my attentionin any meaningful way whatsoever. I've been reading Batman material for 30 years but I seem to have missed something along the way - this tale of a bunch of Batmen meeting at a secret location was just way too out there for my tastes. I just couldn't get into it at all, nor did I understand anything that was going on, nor who anyone was, & frankly the whole book (I did stick it out until the end) was just very poor. There are many far better titles out there.
