I really enjoyed it & still occasionally dip into it when I feel the urge for a Xena fix. The book deals with people who simply watched & enjoyed the show & also those for whom it changed their livesin the form of new friends, new loves, new careers or new courage.
I have loved Xena since I first saw it & it was great to read stories about other fans & how Xena affected them. For some it was a literal lifeline to sanity & gave them the strength & courage to get through the worst times of their lives. I have to admit myself that there were times when the thought 'What would Xena do?' gave me a much needed liftin troubled times.
If you are a fan, you might recognise yourself between the pages...
