This CD not only helped me to remember my past lives, it also left me feeling incredibly relaxed & at peace.
Wonderful CD!
I think the results are better if you have previous experience of path working & meditation, I know some people who borrowed the CD from me had trouble maintaining concentration & recalling past lives but for me it worked wonderfully!

I have a very strong interestin our souls, destiny, fate, past lives etc so I was very keen to try this out. After reading some of the very positive reviews I eagerly bought it with much excitement. I had also bought many of Doreen Virtue's other spiritual products such as angel cards & many of her books & CD's, so I felt very positive that this would work for me.
To my disappointment, IT DIDN'T WORK eventhough I was "open" & "accepting" of the wonderful gifts I would recieve. The CD was relaxing to listen to but I did not feel like I wasin a state of hypnosis. Also I felt that I was "forced" to imagine things when I really did not see anything. I forced myself to imagine my "shoes" & what "I was wearing" & eventhough through the power of "suggestion" I felt the need to "think something up".... I REALLY DID NOT SEE ANYTHING.
I thought I may have been unluckyin that first go, maybe I was not relaxed enough or maybe the atmosphere wasn't right, but I tried this CD 4 times & each time I could not genuinely visualise anything. Sometimes I'd just "think" of something I saw on TV & imagine perhapsin my past life I wasin the Victorian times... but this was totally influenced on what programmes or books I had read/watched that day.
Maybe it did work for the other reviewers... but maybe they just "imagined it" for the sake of! But like I said, I was very open to believing this, so I didn't have any sceptical blocks... infact I was very excited.
You can buy this CD if you like, but don't be dishearted if it doesn't work. Just remember its ONLY A CD, perhaps if you actually had a private session with a spiritualist you would get results as its catered to you.
I do believe we have past lives.... but maybe JUST listening to a CD isn't going to work for everyone. I have given this 2 stars because although it didn't work for me, Doreen is very talented & I think that deserves some credibility.
Best regression CD ive tried! - By: , 03 Dec 2005 This is the best regression CD ive tried. Most out there are very basic & bland, Doreen manages to create a deep relaxing regression that stimulates the imagination & carrys you far away. An angel will guide you & take you on a journey which involves the chakra colours. Unlike other CDs you will enter this regression with a question such as why am I like this? Why do I always do that or fear that? You will be taken to the life that may have influenced you.
Doreen asks questions & makes you observe what you see. You will then go to another lifetime & at the end an Arhangel will clear away any old pain or fear from those lifetimes. I have lent this to others who also were very moved by this regression. If you fall asleep during any meditation CD try sitting up & dont use late at night.
Very accurate! - By: Q, 14 Nov 2005 I followed this meditation which is highly relaxing & can put youin a hynotic or very relaxed state. I am personally a very difficult person to relax but even so this CD did help me t relaxed me considerably so I think for most people it would work wonderfully. You have to follow the meditaion & it does work at a very deep level but as Dr Doreen Virtue statesin the CD, your subconsciuos mind pretects you & only allows those memories that would heal you at this stage.I think it depends on how ready & open you are to healing. I highly recommned this Cd if you are looking to heal yourself. I found the effects were very subtle & gentle.
I recommend all books/meditaions by this author!

Doreen Virtue helps you to relax & safely takes the lisener to the realms of their subconscious mind.
She asks leading questions.."are you a man ?" " What shoes do you have on ?"
This makes the whole experience easy to see, understand & obtain a truely valueable therapy.
