I like Doreen's stuff but this Cd is not what I expected. There is too much talking/lecturing & the meditation/relaxation is listing so many things you cannot take it all in.

A better effort than another piece I only gave three stars to. This is the Doreen Virtue I have come to know. A great way of clearing the dead woodin orer to commence cosmic ordering. Thank you, Doreen.

The CD starts with a lecture about karma, Doreen like many other spiritual teachers explains karma is not a punishment. But she would say that some of us are punishing ourselves because we are to afraid of things or feel we dont deserve things or we are bad. Sounds like our biggest enemyin life is ourselves if we dont change our way of thinking.
After this talk Doreen gets you to relax then she simply asks you to let go of these issues from this life & others that are causing problems & blocks. She covers just about every event a human being could experience & gets you to send blessings to those you may have hurt or who have hurt you. There is no visualization other than your imagination, its all very simple compaired to her other CDs. It would have been better if the CD was a little slower. As with all these things you need to use them regularly to change your subconcious mind.
Karma Releasing Doreen Virtue - By: , 11 May 2003 I am steadily working my way through books by this author as I find her subject matter & style of writing addictive & thought provoking. This is my first audio purchase by her & I will purchase more from her rangein the near future. The only drawback was that she speaks extremely quickly on side 2 making it difficult to keep up at first. This improves the more you play it & begin to recognise the sequencein which it is presented. For those who believein past lives & Karma I would definately recommend adding this cassettte to your collection.
