Cooking for two is harder than you think. First of all, we don't mind splashing the cash for an eight people get together, or even a family sunday roast, but how much do you actually want to spend on you & your other half on a wednesday night.
This book will help you eat well & save money. The recipes are basicin terms of technique but never bland & boring.
I highly recommend it.
