This is the most inspiring book I have read this year, I could not put it down, & I shall be buying many copys for Christmas presents. I have already recommended it to lots of friends. It is increadable what Greg Mortenson has achievedin such a short time, what a wonderful way to promote peace. I did not want the book to end, it was so well written. Just wish there were many more Greg Mortenson'sin the world.

Pure inspiration - By: Mosfar, 10 Sep 2008 This book brought tears to my eyes so often that it became embarassingin front of my wife & children. After I read it I got my 11 year old son to read it with me as well. He claimed it the second best book after Great expectations. Its just full of such humanity & makes so much sensein this topsy turvy world that it ought to be a compulsory reading all over but particularlyin Pakistan. I hope Greg organises to have it translated & sell the urdu versionin Pakistan.
